针对目前我国粮食市场存在的各种问题 ,通过上海市粮食流通体制改革的成功事例和运用市场模型对粮食流通体制对比分析 ,说明了建立粮食市场体系的必要性 ,提出我国粮食流通体制改革的关键是建立统一、开放、竞争、有序的粮食市场体系 。

The thesis views various problems existing in current grain market in China, through the successful reform experience of grain circulation system in Shanghai city and applying market models to grain circulation system , concludes the necessity of establishing grain market system and proposes that the crux of reforming grain marketing system in China lies in establishing a united,open,competitive and orderly grain market system , and established measures.
