摘要
应用芦丁比色法在不同处理和提取方式下,对板栗果实黄酮类物质含量的测定进行了比较研究。结果表明,脱脂处理、浸提溶剂浓度、温度和提取方式对测定结果均有不同程度的影响,显色条件影响不明显。样品用30%乙醇浸提、在70℃、适量显色剂犤0.7mLNaNO2、0.7mLAl(NO3)3、5mLNaOH犦处理条件下,黄酮类化合物含量最高。
The nut samples of Chinese chestnut varieties were used as materials for extracting the flavonoid content and mea-sured by using spectrometry.Results indicated that the isolating fat,concentration of solvent ,temperature and the technolo-gy of extracting had different effects on the measured results of the content of flavonoid,but environment of developer had lit-tle effect.Extracting the samples after fat isolated,under70℃condition and treated with30%ethanol and added some de-veloper(0.7mL NaNO 2 ,0.7mL Al(NO 3 ) 3 ,5mL NaOH)could receive the best measurement of the content of flavonoid.
