摘要
通过对9个杂交组合357个株系的遗传变异分析表明,葡萄浆果成熟期为多基因控制的数量性状遗传,后代群体呈正态分布。杂种性状表现母本遗传优势,平均组合传递力为103%,狭义遗传力为0.284。在瑞必尔×87-1、红地球×玫瑰香后代中,晚熟株系比例大,87-1×瑞必尔组合中早熟株系比例大。
According to the analysis of the genetic variations of357crossed grape seedlings of9combinations,it revealed that the maturity season of grape was a quantitative character genetics,controlled by polygene and the progeny population showed maternal genetic dominance.The heritability of average combination was103%,the narrow heritability was0.284.A-mong the progenies of Ribier×87-1and Red Globe×Muscat Hamburg,the population of late maturity lines was higher,while among the progenies of87-1×Ribier,the proportion of early maturity lines was higher.
