摘要
针对黑龙江省制造业技术创新水平较低的现状,结合制造业技术创新进程中存在的主要问题及制约因素进行了深入地分析之后,提出了与企业自身的科技与经济水平所处的竞争环境相适应的解决对策。
Through the detailed analysis of the current situation and inf lu ence factor of technological innovation in manufacturing industry in Heilongjian g Province,this paper proposed the solving methods in order to carry out techn ological innovation in manufacturing industry according to the enterprise itself .
