摘要
随着中国加入世贸组织和信息技术的普及,旅游市场竞争日益加剧。“小、弱、散、差”的中小旅行社的生存发展问题引起了广泛关注。从中小旅行社的发展现状出发,结合企业核心能力的基础理论,认为中小旅行社生存、发展的关键在于培育核心能力,并提出了中小旅行社核心能力的结构及培育方法和途径。
With China's entry into WTO and the wide spread of information t echnology,competition in tourism industry is drastic.Most of all,we pay atte ntion to the medium and minor travel-agency because of its being'small,weak,s cattered,and inferior'.On the basis of the core competence of the corporation theory,we think medium and minor travel-agency should foster its core compete nce of the corporation according to its status quo.At the same time,we also propose the structure of the core competence of the medium and minor travel-age ncy as well as its means and ways.
