一起蜡样芽孢杆菌污染学生营养午餐造成食物中毒的调查

摘要 2 0 0 0年 10月 2 6日一学生营养餐生产企业向 17所中小学供应营养午餐 ,其中 5所小学同时发生食物中毒。 5所小学 16 5 8名学生进食 ,84人发病 ,发病率为 1 5 %。主要症状为腹痛、腹泻 ,潜伏期 6~ 2 2h ,中位数 17h。根据流行病学调查、临床表现、实验室检验结果分析 ,认为这是一起由Ⅱ型蜡样芽孢杆菌引起的细菌性食物中毒 ,可疑食品为加到 2 6日午餐中的 2 5日剩下的土豆烧牛肉和烩豆腐。经对症治疗后 ,全部病人症状缓解 ,预后良好 ,无危重病人和死亡病例。 On October 26,2000,a total of 1 658 students and pupils in 17 middle schools and primary schools ate the lunch supplied by a student nutritional lunch industry.84 of them in 5 primary schools fell ill,the morbidity rate was 1.5%.The incubation period was 6~22 hours,the median was 17 hours.The main symptoms were abdominal pain and diarrhea.According to epidemiology survey,clinical manifestation and laboratory tests,it was a food\|borne illness associated with Bacillus cerens contaminated student nutritional lunch.The foods caused illness were the potato stewed with beef and stewed bean curd left over on Oct.25 which had been mixed with the lunch on Oct.26.After symptomatic treatment,all patients well recovered without sequelae and death.
