西部开发是我国政府跨世纪的战略部署,国际国内各种各样的研讨会、考察团也早已把西部开发炒成持续高温的热点。可当“2002秋季全国食品添加剂和食品配料展览会”实实在在的在天府之国成都开幕,并获得巨大的成功,还是让亲临其事的记者为之一振,并现场专访了中国食品添加剂生产应用工业协会秘书长齐庆中。(以下记者简称记,齐庆中简称齐)
Food Additives and Ingredients China 2002 was held in Chengdu on 29-31 December 2002, which was organized by China Food Additive Association. The exhibition aimed at western enterprises and attracted more than 10,000 visitors. The international exhibition in spring and domestic in autumn has been the mainstream of the food ingredients&additives industries.
