China food industry has been one of the pillar industries with the development for years. To summarize experience and view future, the leads of five state Ministries and Commissions, State Development Planning Commission, Ministry of Agriculture, State Economic and Trade Commission, Ministry of Foreign Trade And Economic Cooperation, State Statistics Bureau were invited to write articles with great foresight.
