不同装配方法对LY12CZ铝合金典型螺接件腐蚀疲劳性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Various Fitting Methods on Corrosion Fatigue Properties of LY12CZ Al-Alloy Typical Bolt Joints

摘要 研究了LY12CZ铝合金板材的 3种螺接型式、12种防护处理 ,并经环境加速试验的典型螺接件的疲劳性能 ,提出了几种较适用的螺接结构细节防护方法。试验结果表明 ,环境严重降低螺接件的疲劳性能。采用适当的细节防护措施 ,可提高结构的抗环境损伤性能 ,疲劳性能一般有不同程度提高。其中 ,采用 3号船用润滑脂安装和底漆湿装配是比较有效的方法 ,与未经防护处理的试验件相比 ,其在试验环境中的疲劳寿命分别提高 78 36 %和 83 4 5 % ,DFR值分别提高 15 0 9%和 15 88%。 The corrosion fatigue properties of 3 types of bolt joint structures and 12 kind s of protective measures of LY12CZ Al alloy plate typical bolt joints, by an environment accelerated test, are studied,and several protective measure s for detail structure improving properties of the LY12CZ Al alloy bolt joint structure against environment corrosion damage are presented. The results of tes ts show that anti corrosion damage and fatigue properties of bolt joints can be generally increased with different degrees if an appropriate protective measure is applied to the detail structure of bolt joints. Fitting bolt with marine gre ase and wet fitting bolt with primmer studied in the paper are more effective measures to improve anti environment damage properties of the bolt joints. Thei r fatigue properties are increased obviously compared with those not treated in the testing environment. Their fatigue lives are increased respectively by 78 3 6% and 83 45%, and their DFR values are increased respectively by 15 09% and 1 5 88%.
