摘要
企业的竞争在于人才的竞争。企业和企业决策者在青年知识分子成才过程中应处理好严格要求与放手使用、启用年轻人与尊重中老年同志、理论提高与实际锻炼和提倡奉献精神与组织关心照顾等四种关系 ,创造良好的外部环境 。
In the writer's opinion,the competition among enterprises is the one of talents,so an enterˉprise as well as its policymakers should handle the four important relations well,create a good external environment and impel the growth of young people.
