摘要
从制度的角度看,农业产业化是一种既非市场也非企业的组织形式,它既有市场的灵活性,又有企业的稳定性,从而更好地适应了农业的要求。从交易特性来看,较之农业家庭经营,农业产业化的资产专用性降低,不确定性减小,交易频率减少,从而能有效节约交易费用。农业产业化降低交易费用的具体途径是:交易内部化,低管理费用替代高交易费用;建立长期交易关系,减少搜寻费用;降低不确定性,减少交易费用;剩余共享,减少监督费用。
From the system, agricultural industrialization is an organic form of neither market nor enterprise. It has flexibility of market as well as stability of enterprise, so it is further suit to demands of agriculture. From the characteristic of transaction, as compared with family management of agriculture, agricultural industrialization reduces specialized assets, decreases indefiniteness ,md frequency of transaction, thus cuts down effectively transaction cost. This paper discusses some specific ways to reduce transaction cost of agricultural industrialization.
