研究生培养中的“近亲繁殖”现象由来已久 ,近年来随着研究生招生规模的逐年扩大日趋加剧 ,本文试图分析这一现象产生的原因以及由此带来的弊端 。

The phenomenon of inbreeding in the postgraduate's cultivation has been for a long time. With the scope of recruiting students expanding, it begins more serious. The motive of this article is to put forward some corresponding solutions by analyzing this phenomena's reason and its produced limitation.
