摘要
教学实习是整个教育实习的中心环节。文章介绍了利用师范院校中在校成人学生的优势,帮助教师做好师范生的教学实习前的讲课训练,以弥补当前教学实习的主要缺陷并取得的明显效果。
The teaching practice Center of the whole education practice, The paper introduces how to help teacher do well prelection training before education practice by making use of adult students' advantage in teacher- training academy, so as to make up for the main shortcoming in current education practice. The effect is obvious.
