On the Opening the Course of Art at Universities

艺术教育是培养高素质人才的有效途径,它的独特功能和作用是其他教育所无法取代的。艺术教育课程设置的科学原则,如变知识传授系统为素质教育系统、把握专业培养与素质培养的内在区别、兼顾审美和非审美两个层面、教学内容及方式分而统之等原则,是实现教学目的的有力保证。

The education of art,whose unique ro le can't be replaced by other courses,functi ons as an effective means to train these high quality workers.Scientific principles of opening such a course,namely,the pr inciple of changing aca-demic training system into educatio n for all -round develop-ment,the principle of distinguishi ng between specialty training and quality cultivation,the principle of balancing aesthetic ed-ucation and non -aesthetic educatio n and the principle of unit-ing teaching contents with teaching ways,are strong support for achieving teaching aims.
