摘要
在横流CO_2激光器中,我们以Ar(CO_2-N_2-Ar)代He(CO_2-N_2-He)实现了1kW连续激光输出,并获得以CO_2-N_2实现了1.2kW连续激光输出的稳定运行。
1kW laser output has been realized by replacing helium (CO_2-N_2-He) with argon(CO_2-N_2-Ar) and stable operation is obtained at the level of 1.2 kW laser output by using CO_2-N_2 in the transverse-flowing CO_2 laser
