学习贯彻新《水法》 做好南宁市水利工作

Learn and implement the new《Water law》and do well Nanning city water resources works

通过对照学习新、旧《水法》,结合南宁市的一些实际情况,就如何贯彻落实新《水法》,在做好新《水法》宣传、搞好中长期规划、加大基础设施建设投入、做好节水工作,加大水利工程改革力度、完善法规配套建设、建设高素质水政队伍,加大执法力度等方面工作内容提出了建议。

By comparing and learning of the new and old 《Water law》, combining with the actual situations of Nanning city, the author proposed some suggestions on implementing and carrying out the new《Water law》,doing well midlong term plan, increasing WR base facility investment, doing well water saving work, strengthening WR projects reform, perfecting rule, building high quality water legitimation supervision contingent and strengthening the law executing strength, etc. 
