摘要
研究了溶剂萃取油脚制取大豆磷脂的新工艺,确定了较好的工艺条件,溶剂1的萃取次数:3～5次,溶剂2的萃取次数:4～6次,萃取时间:20～60min.大豆磷脂的收率达到了85%.
*'The extraction technology of soybean phospholipids from oil foot with union method is studied. The technology conditions are determined as following: the solvent 1 can be used 3～5 times, the solvent 2 can be used 4～6 times, and the extraction time is 20～60*!min. The yield of soybean phospholipids reaches to 85%.
