摘要
近三十年来,中美科技交往经历了四个阶段,涉及内容也有四个方面:政府间的科技合作协定及其框架内的教育和学术交流;受美国对华技术出口管制政策的影响、并以中美合资经营为基础的技术转让;军事技术和国家安全是中美科技交往中的敏感问题;能源和环境是中美科技合作的无障碍领域,生物技术和信息技术领域的中美科技合作也有很好前景。
In recent 30 years, US-China contact of science and technology has come through four periods, including four aspects: the intergovernmental agreements of science and technology and the communion of education and science in the frame of it; the technical transfer based on joint venture of China and USA, which is affected by the measures of technical export control of USA to China; military technique and national security are the sensitive problems during the contact of US and China; energy sources and environment are the clear fields for two countries ' cooperation, and it' s prospectual for both sides to cooperate in the fields of biological technique and network technique.
