摘要 21世纪的少数民族预科教育面临着重要的挑战和发展机遇。加快中央民族大学的预科教育改革与发展 ,既是适应民族教育发展的要求 ,也是教育创新之举。预科教育的改革与发展的措施是 :以发展为动力 ,坚持教育创新 ;提高预科教育质量 ,增强对预科教育扶持的力度 ;进行结构调整 ,按照世界一流民族大学的规模、要求和目标 ,把少数民族预科办成国内知名的民族教育形式 ;预科教育的改革与发展必须依赖于建立一支创新型、高素质的教师队伍和管理干部队伍。 Ethnic preparatory course education faces important challenges and developmental opportunities in the 21 st century.Quickly increasing the reform and development of preparatory course education in the Central University for Nationalities,is not only a request that adapt to the development of ethnic education,but also is a measure called by creative education.The measure to reform and develop the preparatory course education is as follows:insist the creative education,considering the development as motivation;Increase the quantity of preparatory course education,and strengthen the extent of supporting the preparatory course education;A djust the structure;according to the scale,request and target of the top-grade Ethnic University in the world,do make our ethnic preparatory school education well-known in domestic and abroad as a ethnic education form;the reformation and development of preparatory education school must depend on establishing a teacher's and staff's troops with creative spirit and high character.
