摘要
随着知识经济的来临 ,西部大开发战略的实施 ,以及加入WTO ,我国高等法学教育面临着新的形式和任务 ,认清新形式 ,研究新问题 ,明确新任务 。
With the arrival of knowledge economy, the implementation of the strategy to develop Western China and the entry into WTO, the education of higher law in China is facing new problems and new tasks. How to know the new situation, to study the new problems and to clarify the new tasks is the precondition for the reform and development of the education of higher law in Western China. Based on the recent state of the education of higher law in the west of China, the present paper points out the problem which the education of higher law in the West must solve and the opportunities and challenges that it faces. That apart, this paper puts forward several suggestions for the development of the education of higher law in Western China.
