摘要 三峡工程是目前世界上最大的水利水电工程,混凝土浇筑总量约2800万m3,第二阶段工程混凝土量约1200万m3。针对夏季混凝土温控工作,在生产、运输和浇筑过程中,采取了先进的两次风冷骨料、加冰片及冷水拌和工艺;在拌和楼前道路两侧设置喷雾装置;混凝土运输车设遮阳篷;仓面覆盖;仓面喷雾等。通过这些措施,有效地降低了混凝土的出机口温度、入仓温度和浇筑温度,有利于确保混凝土浇筑质量。 The Three Gorges Project is the biggest hydroengineering project in the world at present. The total concrete pouring volume is about 28 million m3,and its secondstage concrete pouring volume is about 12 million m3. In the course of concrete producing, carrying and pouring, some measures are adopted to control concrete temperature, such as twice windcooling aggregate, adding ice sheet and cooling water in concrete mixing. And the following measures are adopted, that is, the sprinkling machine on the two sides of the mixing plant road, the sunlight shielding over the mixing plant road, the sunlight shielding over the concrete carrying trucks, the working area covering, the working area sprinkling, and so on. Through these measures, the concrete mixermouth temperature, concrete placing temperature and concrete pouring temperature are decreased effectively. The quality of concrete pouring is assured.
