碗米坡电站砂石料加工系统胶带机的设计及特点

摘要 碗米坡水电站砂石料加工系统胶带机设计采用了螺栓联接桁架结构,并且模块化,省去了中间架及支腿,没有胶带机通廊;驱动装置采用了悬挂支承结构;胶带可在制造厂进行硫化等与传统设计不同的方式。其结构新颖,重量轻,投资省,运输、安装、拆卸方便,便于在其他工程中再利用;而且采用了方便、快捷的简单图表法计算胶带机的传动功率。系统自2001年9月投产以来,运行良好,满足了大坝混凝土的浇筑要求。 The design of the belt conveyor for the aggregate processing system of the Wanmipo Hydropower Station adopted boltjoint module truss structure without closed corridor instead of the interframe and the supports. Its driven system used a suspension support structure and the conveyor can be vulcanized in manufacturing factory. It has the advantages of new in structure, light in weight, low cost, easy handling and it can be reused in other projects. Since it was put into operation in September 2001, the system has been operated well, which meets the needs of the pouring requirements of dam concrete.
