摘要
洪水具有双重性,若其来量不对人类生存和发展构成危害时,是可利用水资源的一部分;若其来量过大,就会造成巨大的灾害。桂林漓江径流年内分配极不均匀,丰、枯水季节径流相差悬殊,漓江枯水期水量严重短缺,研究漓江及其邻近流域的洪水资源利用意义重大。
Flood has dual nature, if flood don't harm human, it is the usable part of water resources. If flood is overly great, it would set off huge harm. The runoff distribution of the Lijiang river in a year is very uneven and very different in rainy season from dry season. The Lijiang river is shortage of water resources in dry season. And it is of momentous significance that research of flood resources using of the Lijiang river and the near basin.
