肠型胃癌中TGF-β及细胞周期蛋白A过表达的临床意义

Clinicopathologic Study on Relationship Between the Over-expressions of Transforming Growth Factor-beta and Cyclin A in Intestinal Typed Gastric Carcinoma and Its Peritumor Tissues

目的 探讨TGF-β_1、TGF-β_2、细胞周期蛋白A(Cyelin A)在肠型胃癌及癌旁组织中表达的意义。方法 采用免疫组化法检测TGF-β_1、TGF-β_2、Cyelin A的表达。结果 胃癌组织中TGF-β_1、TGF-β_2、Cyelin A阳性率分别为59.5%(25/42)、73.6%(31/42)及85.7％(36/42),显著高于癌旁组织;有区域淋巴结转移、侵及浆膜或组织分化程度高者TGF-β_1、TGF-β_2阳性表达率显著增高(P<0.05)。结果 胃癌组织TGF-β_1、TGF-β_2、Cyelin A过表达可能在肿瘤分化程度、浸润、转移及预后中起重要作用。

Objective Toinvestigate the correlation of TGF -β1 ,TGF - β2 , Cyclin A expressions with the clinicopathologie features of intestinal type gastric carcinoma and its peritumor tissues. Methods Imm-unohistochemical analysis was used to detect the expressions of TGF - β1, TGF -β2 and CyclinA. Results The positive rales of TGF -β, ,TGF -β, and Cyclin A were 59.5% (25/42) ,73.6% (31/42) and 85. 7% (36/42) , respectively , in gastric carcinoma; all these were significantly higher than those of peritumor tissues( P <0. 05 ) . TGF -β1, TGF -β2 are also significantly higher in the carcinoma tissues of metaslatic lymphatic nodes lower differentiation or serosa invasion patients. Conclusion The results suggest the over -expressions of TGF - β1,TGF -β2 ,Cyclin A of gastric carcinoma may play an important role in lymphatic node metastasis, tumor differentiation , and serosa invasion.
