重叠综合征患者夜间缺氧和睡眠结构的分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨重叠综合征(OS)患者夜间缺氧和睡眠结构的变化。方法 对19例OS、25例阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)及17例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者分别进行全夜多导睡眠(PSG)检查。结果 OS组SaO_2L、深睡眠%(S3+4)显著低于COPD组(P<0.05),动脉血氧饱和度<90%累计时间%(SLT90%)、<80%累计时间%(SLT80%)、浅睡眠%(Sl+2)显著高于COPD组(P<0.05)。OS组SLT90%、Sl+2显著高于0SAS组(P<0.05),睡眠效率显著低于OSAS组(P<0.05)。结论 OS患者夜间缺氧较严重,睡眠结构改变明显。 Objective To investigate night - time hypoxemia and change of sleep structure in the patients with overlap syndrome (OS). Methods 25 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) , 19 with OS, 17 with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) were monitored and diagnosed by nocturnal polysomnography ( PSG). Results The levels of SaO2L, percentage of deep sleep stage (S3 +4) in patients with OS were much lower than those in OSAS patients (P <0.05) , the percentages of time spend when SaO2 lower than 90% ( SLT90% ) and 80% ( SLT80% ) and percentage of light sleep stage ( S1 + 2 ) in these patients were much higher than those in COPD patients (P<0.05). The levels of SLT90% and SI +2 in patients with OS were significantly higher than those in OSAS patients, the level of sleep efficiency was significantly lower than that in the OSAS patients. Conclusion The study showed that patients with OS had more severe night - time hypoxemia and significant change in sleep structure.
