摘要 精子发生始于精原细胞的克隆扩增,经细胞的分化、有丝分裂、减数分裂、变态,最终形成精子.精子发生受到许多因素的调节,其中最主要受激素控制,促性腺激素释放激素(gonadotropin releasing hormone,GnRH)、卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinising hormone,LH)、雄激素等是生精细胞的存活因子[1].细胞内分子对精子发生的调节也不容忽视,如cAMP反应元素调节子(cyclin AMP-responsive element modulator,CREM)在减数分裂后精子细胞中高表达,是一种转录因子,CREM基因突变致精子缺失可引起不育;c-myc基因可促进生精细胞的凋亡.生精细胞的存亡还与周围的支持细胞以及间质细胞所形成的微环境有关[2].各种生长因子对精子发生也有直接或间接的调节作用,如表皮生长因子(epidermalgrowth factor,EGF)、转化生长因子(transforming growth factor,TGF),胰岛素样生长因子( insulin-like growth factor,IGF)等.在精子发生过程中,各级生精细胞都会发生凋亡.在生理条件下,凋亡是机体清除过量或异常生精细胞的一种方式.
