解郁开窍胶囊镇痛镇静催眠的药效学研究

Study on Pharmaceutical Effect of Jieyu-kaiqiao Capsule

目的 探讨解郁开窍胶囊的镇痛、镇静、催眠的药效学作用。方法 根据小鼠扭体法 (分为 5组 :阳性药组、大剂量组、中剂量组、小剂量组、对照组 )和测自主活动法 (XZC - 4A小鼠自主活动测定仪 )分别对照阳性药 (安神胶囊 )测验解郁开窍胶囊的镇痛、镇静、催眠的药效。结果 应用解郁开窍胶囊 (中、小剂量 )的小鼠扭体次数明显减少 ,大剂量不明显。中剂量的扭体次数减少程度较阳性药组明显。在镇静、催眠方面大剂量组、中剂量组有效 ,小剂量组无效。大剂量组、中剂量组的镇静、催眠的药效无显著差异。结论 解郁开窍胶囊具备一定的镇痛、镇静、催眠的作用 。

Objective To explore the pharmaceutical effect of Jieyu-kaiqiao capsule. Methods The pharmaceutical effects were detected in test group on analgesia, sedation and hypnosis aspects compared with control group of Anshen capsule used methods of twisting body and initiative activity. Results In the test group, twisting body times decreased obviously in mild and moderate groups but not in large group. There were significant decreased in twisting times in moderate group than those in control group. There were sedation and hypnosis effects in test group especially in moderate and large dosage groups without significant difference within two groups. Conclusion This capsule might have the effects of analgesia, sedation and hypnosis. It should be considered to make trial test in clinics.
