CO_2激光治疗女性生殖器尖锐湿疣(附110例疗效分析)

Curative Effect Observation on Condyloma Acuminata of Female Genital Organ Treated with CO_2 Laser

目的 探讨CO2 激光治疗女性生殖器尖锐湿疣的效果。方法 对 1993- 11～ 2 0 0 1- 0 9患尖锐湿疣110例应用K -型CO2 激光治疗机治疗 ,输出功率 2 0W ,波长为 10 6 μm ,治疗量 12mA ,2～ 3s/次 ,5～ 7d为 1疗程。结果 1次性治愈 98例 ,2次治愈 5例 ,总治愈率为 93 6 %。结论 CO2 激光局部治疗女性尖锐湿疣疗效确切。

Objective To discuss the curative effect on condyloma acuminata of female genital organ treated with CO 2 laser. Methods 110 cases of such patients were treated with K-type CO 2 Laser machine at output 20W, wave 10.6 um, dosage 12mA and 2～3time/day at course of 5～7 days. Results 98 cases were cured with one time and 5 cases were cured with twice times with total curative rate of 93.6%. Conclusion This method could reach accurate effect for female genital condyloma acuminata.
