通过对下颌骨骨折治疗的传统疗法回顾 ,以及对下颌骨骨折坚固内固定的目的、原理、方法、并发症及愈合的探讨 ,阐述下颌骨骨折坚固内固定可加快骨折愈合速度 ,促进骨折直接愈合 ,无外骨痂形成 ,加强了骨折处稳定性、重建良好的咬合关系。

This paper had discussed about the purpose, mechanism, methods, complication and healing of firm internal fixation of lower jaw bone fracture after reviewed the traditional treatment respectively. It suggested that this method might improve the healing speed directly without external callus formation so that to enhance the fracture stability and reconstruct good bite relation.
