热休克蛋白70在高温致神经管畸形发生中的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)与高温致神经管畸形发生的关系。方法:用免疫组织化学和图像分析技术对HSP70在各期高温致畸组和相应正常对照组鼠胚神经管中的表达进行定性、定位和定量研究。结果:HSP70在各期对照组鼠胚神经上皮细胞中稳定表达,各组间无明显差异。高温处理后0.5h,高温组和对照组鼠胚神经上皮细胞的平均光密度(OD)值差异无统计学意义。高温处理后1h和2h,HSP70表达较对照组明显增强,OD值差异十分显著;2h后逐渐降低,24h降至对照组水平。结论:HSP70在高温致神经管畸形中有明显的应激性表达,这种应激性表达可以保护胚胎存活而不能避免畸形的发生。 Objective:To study the relationship between HSP70and the development of hyperther-mia in duced neural tube defects.Methods:immunohistochemistry and image analysis were used to examine the quality,quantity and distribution of HSP70in the neuroepithelia of embryos of gold en ham sters in both the heat-treated and the control groups at various timepoints.Results:HSP70steadily expressed in the neu roep ithelial cells in each control group.The expression of HSP70increased markedly at1h and2h af-ter heat-treatment,with significant difference from that in the corresponding control groups,then the amount of HSP70decreased gradually.Conclusion:The expression of HSP70can be induced to a much higher level in em bryonic neuropithelia when exposed to hyperthermia.The induction of HSP70can protect the embryos to survive but malforma tions can not be prevented.
