摘要
探讨了以氢氧化钠水解玉米秸作为型煤黏结剂的可能性。黏结剂制备中影响黏结剂性能的主要因素是氢氧化钠的浓度。氢氧化钠水解的玉米秸黏结剂中添加氢氧化钙后制得复合黏结剂 ,这种复合黏结剂不仅防水 ,而且使型煤强度得到进一步提高 ,具有实用前景。
The paper discussed a possibility of sodium hydroxide hydrolysis corn straw as briquette binder. In the preparation of the binder, the main factor to influence the binder performances is a density of sodium hydroxide. The binder of sodium hydroxide hydrolysis corn straw can be a complex binder with a mixture of calcium hydroxide. This complex binder not only has water proof, but also can improve the strength of the briquette. Therefore the binder has a practical applied outlook.
