摘要
绥中发电有限公司 80 0MW机组是国内引进俄罗斯单机容量最大的火电机组。在试运中出现清洗效果不好 ,1号锅炉个别燃烧器烧损 ,1号汽轮机转子不平衡 ,1号锅炉费斯顿管爆破 ,电除尘器除灰系统堵、漏灰 ,调节阀电动执行器存在位置反馈零点漂移严重 ,行程定位不准 ,空气预热器转子停转保护存在故障等问题。在对上述问题加以分析、研究后 ,确定了各自的处理办法。经质量检查 ,l号机组安装工程优良率为 94 .l% ,2号机组为 96 .8% ,2号机组被评为达标投产机组。
The 800 MW units in Suizhong Power Generation Ltd. Com. are the largest imported thermal units from Russia in China. During commissioning the following problems occurred, including bad result of cleaning, burn-out of different burners of No.1 boiler, unbalance of No.1 turbine rotor, explosion of No.1 boiler pipe, ash block and leakage of ash disposal system of EM precipitator, position feedback to zero point, serious shift and bad position of stroke for motor-operated actuator of regulating valve, rotor stop of air preheater, failures of protections. Based on analysis and study for the previous problems, individual treatment methods for different problems have been determined. Through quality examination the ratio of good quality for installation of No.1 unit is 94% and 96.8% for No.2 unit. While No.2 unit has been approved as the qualified unit for the standard to be put into operation.
