摘要
绥中发电厂 2× 80 0MW机组主厂房全部采用大型陶粒混凝土墙板 ,墙板与墙板之间的缝隙用泡沫聚氨脂填塞。浇注泡沫聚氨脂前 ,先将墙板里侧用水泥沙浆勾缝 ,然后浇注泡沫聚氨脂 ,使它在 5~ 7s内固化。当泡沫聚氨脂固化后 ,用角向砂轮修补 ;在墙板缝隙外侧 ,进行水泥砂浆罩面。墙板间的缝隙用泡沫聚氨脂填塞工艺合理 ,施工进度可加快 ,可减轻载荷。
The large-scale ceramsite concrete wall plates have been used for all main power houses of 2×800 MW units in Suizhong Power Plant. The gaps between the wall plates are filled with the foam polyurethane. Before pouring the foam polyurethane, the inside of the wall plates is pointed with the cement mortar and then poured with the foam polyurethane, which is solidified within 5~7 seconds. After solidification of the foam polyurethane, the angular grinding wheel will repair it. The cement mortar will coat the outside seams of the wall plates. Application of foam polyurethane for gaps between the wall plates is reasonable in process, quick in construction schedule and reduction of load.
