摘要 正交设计是安排多因素,多水平的一种科学设计方法。针对原子荧光分光光度法测定元素砷、锑时诸条件因素的选择进行综合设计,确定各条件因素的相互作用及影响分析测试准确度的主要因素和无关因素,从而选择出最佳测定条件组合,以较少的实验次数,获得更多的分析测试数据,选出满意结果,提高了分析测试的准确度。 Quadrature scheme is a scientific method of arranging multi-factors and multi-standards. According to options of many conditions in mensuration Se, Sb by the way of atomic fluorescence photometer, we make synthesis scheme to verify the factors mu-tualeffects and verify the main factors and independent factors which affect analysis testing accuracy degree, so we can get the best testing conditions combination. In which we can do less expriments but get more analysis testing data for us to choose the satisfying results, thisincreases the analysis testing accuracy degree.
