糖尿病伴冠心病患者的血小板功能研究

摘要 目的分析2型糖尿病伴冠心病患者的血小板功能,旨在探讨此种疾病血小板功能对发病的影响,从而采取有效的预防措施和提高对该病的诊治水平。方法2型糖尿病伴冠心病、冠心病、健康对照各99例,检测各组患者的血小板聚集率和释放的血栓素A2(TXA2)的代谢物TXB2,并检测抗血小板聚集和舒血管的前列腺素(PGI2)的代谢物6-酮-前列腺素F1a(6-Keto-PGF1a)。比较各组间上述检测物质的差异。结果2型糖尿病伴冠心病组和冠心病组的血小板聚集率和TXB2浓度比健康对照组明显增高,并有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),而6-Keto-PGF1a则明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01)。2型糖尿病伴冠心病组上述检测物高于冠心病组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病伴冠心病患者的血小板聚集率和血栓素A2的浓度高于健康对照组,而6-Keto-PGF1a则显著低于健康对照组。这些对2型糖尿病伴冠心病的预防、发病和诊断治疗提供了有力的理论依据。 Objective To analyze the platelet function of the patients with diabetes type2accompanied by coronary diseases,in order to explore the effect of platelet function of patients with diabetes type2on onset of coronary disease,to prevent onset of the disease effectively,and to improve diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods The candidates were divided into three groups:99patients with diabetes type2accompanied by coronary disease,99patients with coronary disease and99healthy adults respectively.The platelet aggregation rate,metabolite TXB 2 of the thromboxane A 2 (TXA 2 )released and the metabolite6-ketone-prostaglandin F 1 a (6-Keto-PGF 1 a)of the prostaglandin2(PGI 2 )which has the effect of anti-platelet aggregation and vasodilatation of the three groups were detected and compared.Results The platelet aggregation rate and the concentration of TXB 2 of the first two groups were higher than the third group significantly(P<0.01).But the concentration of6-Keto-PGF 1 a was lower than that of the third group significantly(P<0.01).The same results were found between the first groups and the second group(P<0.05).Conclusion The platelet aggregation rate and the concentration of TXA 2 of the first group were higher than that of the third group significantly,but the concentration of6-Keto-PGF 1 a was lower significantly.The results provide solid theory for the prevention of onset,diagnosis and treatment of the patients with diabetes type2accompanied by coronary diseases.
