摘要 目的探讨21-氨基类固醇U-74389G对鼠脑外伤后一氧化氮合酶的影响。方法用一氧化氮合酶(NOS)试剂盒测定中度脑损伤后脑组织及血清中NOS的活性。结果对照组脑组织及血清中NOS活性较假外伤组增高,而治疗组比对照组下降。结论U-74389G能抑制NOS活性,可能是其脑保护作用的机制之一。 Objective To explore the the effect of21-aminosteroid(U-74389G)on nitric oxide synthase(NOS)activity after brain injury of rat.Methods The NOS activity in the brain tissue and serum was examined with reagent box of NOS.Results The activity of NOS in brain tissue and serum of control group was higher than that of pseudo-injury group;while the activity of treatment group was lower than that of control group.Conclusion U-74389G can inhibit NOS activity,which would be one of the neuroprotection mechanisms
