摘要
目的 :探讨颊脂体瓣转位应用的可行性。方法 :对 15例成人头面部解剖观测颊脂体及颊垫的结构 ,主要血管和神经。结果 :血动脉颊支分布于颊脂体下极及颊突的下部 ,外径为 1 0± 0 2mm ;颊动脉分布于颊脂体的中上 4 5部 ,外径为 1 1± 0 2mm ;面动脉颊支、颊动脉分支及其他分布于颊脂体的血管在颊脂体内构成丰富的吻合。结论 :带血管的颊脂体瓣可用于转位修复腭瘘 ,口上颌窦瘘 。
Objective:To investigate the possiblity of clinical application of flap transposition of adipose body of cheek.Method:Anatomical structure of buccal pad and adipose body of cheek as well as major arteries and nerves were studied.Results:Buccal branches of facial artery distribute in the lower part of adipose body and the upper part of buccal process with external diameter of 1.0±0.2 mm.Buccal artery distributes in the area of the middle to upper adipose body with diameter of 1.1±0.2 mm.Rich anastomosises are formed inside the adipose body by buccal branches of facial artery,branches of buccal artery and other arteries supplying the area.Conclusion:Adipose body of cheek with blood vessels can be used in the repair of palatochisis,fistula of oral maxillary sinus,oronasal fistula and deficiency of the neighboring soft tissues.
