从本体论的信息定义着手,在一般信息论的基础上,系统地论述了生态系统中信息运动的基本问题及其特征,探讨了信息运动的一般规律。这些基本问题包括生态系统中信息流的定义、信息的测度、信息量与生态系统状态的关系、信息流的结构和功能、信息载体、信息流与物流和能流的关系。

Information in ecosystem is defined from the point of ontology. The basic concepts and characters of information flow in ecosystem are studied systematically on the base of general information theory. These basic concepts include information flow, the quantity of information and its measurement in ecosystem, the relationship between the quantity of information and the state of ecosystem, the function and structure of information flow, the carrying body of information and the working model of information are discussed emphatically.
