3%甲基异柳磷颗粒剂防治稻瘿蚊的研究 被引量:1

APPLICATION OF 3% GRANULES OF ISOFENPHOS-METHYL AGAINST RICE GALL MIDGE

摘要 对原是北方防治旱作害虫的3%甲基异柳磷颗粒剂,应用于防治我国南方稻区主要害虫之一的稻瘿蚊,通过室内苗期盆栽接虫用药试验、多点异地田间小区试验及大面积应用验证结果表明,此药能有效地杀死已侵入稻株生长点内的稻瘿蚊低龄幼虫。秧田于播后7~10 d,本田于移栽后5~7 d一次性用药,每亩3~4 kg,防治效果可达85%~93%;在水田泥面中的残效期为15~20 d,对已受稻瘿蚊幼虫为害4 d以内的秧苗有杀虫保苗的效果;对水稻生长无不良影响。大面积应用示范,经济效益显著。 The granular isofenphos-methyl, which was used for controlling underground pest insects in north China, was introduced to protect rice against rice gall midge [Orseolia oryzae (Wood-Mason)], a main rice pest insect in south China. The isofenphos-methyl was applied to kill the larvae of rice gall midge infesting potted rice seedlings in laboratory, and was tested in field plots in different regions and in large area field. The experimental results showed that it could effectively kill the young larvae of rice gall midge infesting the growing point of rice plant. When 45~60 kg/ha of 3% granular isofenphos-methyl was applied only once on the seedling bed 7~9 days after sowing, or in the field 5~7 days after transplanting, 85%~93% of control efficiency was obtained; and the residual effect of the insecticide on the surface of paddy soil lastett 15~20 days. It could protect the seedlings against the infestation of rice gall midge for 4 days by killing the larvae. Adverse influence on rice growth was not found. The significant economic benefit was obtained in large region application.
