紫外分光光度法测定胆膏及其制剂中猪胆汁酸的含量

DETERMINATION OF BILE ACID IN BILE UNGUENT AND ITS MEDICINE PREPARATION BY UV SPECTROPHOTOMETER

摘要 本文用薄层层析法和紫外扫描法,鉴定出猪胆膏及其制剂—复方胆汁注射液中的胆汁酸是结合态猪胆汁酸。且经硫酸脱水后,猪胆汁酸产生共轭双键,在385±1nm有特征吸收,可用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。该法准确可靠,简便快速,可作为质量控制的常规分析方法。 The determination of the main component in bile, bile acid, which exists in biliary unguent and its medicine preparation(compound bile injection), by thin layer chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometer is reported. After dehydrated by sulphate acid, hyocholic acid will form conjugate double bonds, and then have characteristic absorption at 385 nm. It can be determined by ultroviolet spectrophotometer. This method is accurate, reliable, convenient and rapid. It can be used in customary analysis for quality-control.
