甘蓝黑腐病黄单胞菌胞外蛋白酶的致病作用 被引量:2

THE ROLE OF EXTRACELLULAR PROTEASES IN PATHOGENICITY OF XANTHOMONAS CAMPES TRIS PV. CAMPES TRIS

摘要 现代分子生物学实验技术,为研究植物病原菌的致病机理提供了有效的手段。目前已在分子水平上,证实了甘蓝黑腐病黄单胞菌产生的胞外蛋白酶在致病过程中起着重要的作用。本文就此病原菌产生的胞外蛋白酶、胞外蛋白酶基因的克隆分析、胞外蛋白酶突变体的构建以及胞外蛋白酶在致病过程中的作用的研究进展作一概述。 Modern molecular biological techniques have provided effective means for the study of the mechanisms of bacterial pathogenicity for plants. Recently, the extracellular proteases produced by Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris have been demonstrated at molecular level to be important in pathogenicity. This review describes the recent progress in the studies of the extracellular proteases, the cloning and analysis of the genes encoding the enzymes, the construction of protease negative mutants and the role of the enzymes in pathogenicity of X. c. pv. campestris.
