摘要
以 MS 为基本培养基附加多效唑(0.4 mg/L)能使组培苗生长粗壮、提早生根、提高叶绿素含量。附加氯化胆碱(0.4 mg/L)能提早生根和促进茎节伸长。
The plantlets derived from the mature embryo of soybean were thick and strong,their root differentiation started much earlier and more chlorophylls were found when supplemented with 0.4 mg.L^(-1)paclobutrazole (E.M.T),as compared with the control.When the embryos were cultured on the MS medium supplemented with 0.4 mg.L^(-1) choline chloride(CC),the stem growth of the plantlet was promoted and earlier root differentiation was also found.
