摘要
在分析专利权与企业技术创新关系的基础上,分析了我国专利的现状,并提出了完善专利制度,促进企业技术创新的若干对策。
On the basis of analyzing the relationship between patent right and technical innovation of enterprise, this article expounds the present situation on our country's patent right. It puts forward several measures to perfect the patent's system and accelerate the technical innovation of enterprise.
