摘要
疲劳是引起汽车零部件破坏的最主要原因,零部件的疲劳寿命,特别是对实地试验和室内试验的关系的研究受到汽车生产厂家的重视。以某新开发车前轴为例,根据道路采样数据、理论计算和室内台架试验的结果,最终在室内台架试验、试车场试验和用户实际使用三者之间得到一关系式——当量寿命。
The fatigue is main factor leading to failure of vehicle components.The fatigue life of main components of a ve-hicle,especially of researching the relation between test in laboratory and field are exceedingly paid attention to by facto-ries.Taking the front axle for example,based on the result measured in field,the result of theoretical calculating and bench testing,the final equivalent relation among the actually operated endurance,used endurance on vehicle testing ground and bench tested endurance is here upon obtained.
