从理论及实际测量两方面对缸盖螺栓工作时承受的附加载荷、热载荷等进行了分析,明确了缸盖螺栓预紧力确定原则。通过试验分析,阐述了如何合理地制定缸盖螺栓的拧紧工艺。

The additive loading and thermal loading of the cylinder head bolt in servicing in view of theory and in practice is analyzed.The designing fundamental for pre-load of cylinder head bolt was defined.Through the analysis to the test re-sults,how to set up a reasonable tightening process for cylinder head bolt is expounded.
