摘要
分析了用于港机部件表面保护和修复的涂层中通常存在的内应力的产生过程 ,认为它是导致涂层早期破坏的主要原因之一。实测了不同基体上的环氧树脂涂层在室温固化时所产生的内部应变 ,结果表明胶层在常温条件下固化也会出现一定的残余应力 。
It is analyzed of the residual stress generating procedure in adhesive coating layer on the surface of port crane parts for the purpose of surface protection or repairing. After embedded the strain gauges in the adhesive layer on the structural steel substrate, the inner stress in the adhesive layer induced by the curing procedure was measured. The results obtained from the experiment shown that there is a certain residual stress in adhesive coating layer after it cured at room temperature (RT) and has a close relation to the changes of environment temperature.
