摘要
道路运输企业的产品就是为旅客和货主提供道路运输服务。根据这一特性,在质量管理体系的设计中,应当以顾客要求为中心,以要求转化为关键;注重对员工的教育和培训;过程识别尽量细化,过程控制要规范化和标准化。
The products of road transportation are all used to serve the passengers and owners of goods.As for this,design in process of the administrative quality system must keep the center around passengers'needs.It is a key point to change as needs as.Otherwise,we should pay more attention to e-ducating and training employees.We should carefully divide and control the regulation and standardization in the whole process.
