建筑企业需要什么样的安全管理

WHAT KIND OF SAFETY MANAGEMENT DOES A CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE NEED

安全管理对于建筑企业来说是至关重要的。目前状况下,建筑企业对于安全管理的需求体现为两个层次:1)来自社会的系统而有条理的监督指导;2)在企业内部建立“预防为主,持续改进”的标准化安全管理体系。本文论述了标准化安全管理要在企业总部和项目经理部两个层次上建立的观点,并对项目经理部实施标准化安全管理提出了具体建议,对建筑企业有借鉴和参考的价值。

Safety management is very important to a construction enterprise. Currently, for Chinese construction enterprises, the need lies in two aspects:1) systematic and orderly supervision from the government and the society, and 2) building a standard system adapting to the enterprise itself in safety management that emphasizes prevention and improvement. This article proposes that a standard safety management system needs to be established in both headquarters and on site. We also bring forward some suggestions about how to actualize the standard system on site. All these are in reference to a construction enterprise.
