摘要
建筑工程质量管理过程是一个全方位、全过程、多角度的全面质量管理过程。本文结合青岛建设集团公司现状,详细分析了集团公司项目管理过程中质量风险的影响因素,如质量管理意识不强、工程竣工回访保修服务差、过分依赖分包队伍、生产设施陈旧、工艺落后而且工程质量事故频繁发生。然后提出了应针对项目质量风险因素采取相应的控制与防范措施,如明确质量目标、以人为本和加强岗位技能训练、加强过程检验、建立健全质量管理制度、加强竣工服务、实施名牌战略。最后指出要从多角度、全方位分析、预测项目质量管理风险因素,采取有效的控制与防范措施,增强施工企业规避质量风险的能力。
Quality management of the construction products is a systematic and all-around managing process. This paper was developed on the basis of the actuality of the Qingdao Construction Group Corporation. The factors influencing the quality risk during the management process of the Group Corporation, such as lack of management awareness, poor maintain service, dependence on subcontractors, laggard equipment and techniques, frequent quality accident, were analysed in detail. Then, the measures to prevent and control project quality risk were advanced. Establishing specific quality goals, strengthening workers' technique and awareness, emphasizing process control, perfecting quality management system, insisting on afterA-completion service, implementing reputed strategy were bring forwarded one by one. Finally, analysis and prevention of the quality management risk on an overall basis to strengthen risk - avoiding capability of the construction corporation was emphasized.
