摘要
本文在充分考察影响住宅建设项目销售价格的八类主要影响因素的基础上,利用基于互补性的优先关系方法,运用模糊数学方法建立了新开发住宅项目销售价格优化决策的数学模型。通过实际项目的分析计算,证明了该数学评价方法实用、有效,运用该方法考察住宅市场,不仅有现实性,而且具有预见性。
Based on studies of the eight factors affecting housing sale price , the article sets up a fuzzy optimum decision model using the priority relations method. It is proved that the fuzzy optimization method is effective and practical through analyzing and evaluating the sample dwelling projects. Housing developers may use the method to prepare the price lists for their resideurial development projects.
